Adult and Teen volunteer forms
are
now available for Summer 2010. Camp Valaqua relies on
volunteers to help us maintain an excellent level of programming and to
help keep camp costs affordable. Adult
volunteers are needed to help in the kitchen and to serve as chaplains
and nurses. Teen volunteers are needed to help in the kitchen.
Volunteers arrive Sunday at 3:30 and the week ends at 7:00pm
after the closing program.
Lodging and food is provided free of charge to volunteers. You
will be accomodated in our main lodge unless you wish to make other
arrangements. Valaqua also has several powered sites available
for parking camping trailers if volunteers wish to bring one.
A Volunteer discount of $75 may be applied towards the camp fees of a
child or grandchild of the volunteer.
